    Fortunately, if Vernor Vinge is anybody to trust, by then the singularity have
    happened and we feeble humans have been replaced by the ancestors to the
    Matrioshka brains long ago.

    In other words: A Matrioshka brain programs itself, and since it have all the
    resources (energy and material) of a solar system it can probably manufacture
    and use any peripherial it decides it needs. Peripherials designed and
    manufactured from atomic level and up.

    ... And I guess it might use Windows for fun somewhere too, weird creatures they
    sure are indeed these Matrioshka brains...
