Its a Linux Live image based on SLAX , with Icarus Verilog , GTKWave ,
Alliance tools
 plus new langage tools based on SFL (Structured Function Description
Language)

All one needs to do is download it and burn a CD from the iso image and boot
 from the CD. Doesn't require any installation
