    Because it is not moderated. For a while spam filters did a decent job,
    however it is getting worse and I'm condering it might be the time for a
    moderated list. However moderated list would mean some delay in getting
    legitimate posts to the list. The delay could be reduced by having several
    moderators - are there any volunteers to be moderators of the opencores
    lists (maybe time to reduce number of mailing lists?)
